Chris believes that education is an important part of any real estate service. As well as taking his yearly continuing education classes, to date, he has earned his ABR and e-PRO designations.
The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
An e-PRO is a REALTOR who has successfully completed the e-PRO internet professional training program for real estate professionals.
Chris is only 1 of 9 REALTORS in Charlotte with both ABR and e-PRO designations!
Chris is active in the community as a member of the Steele Creek Library Association Board of Directors and supporting and working with Carolina Panther Muhsin Muhammad’s M2 Foundation for kids. In addition, G4 Realty also provides support of various charities include The Battered Women’s Shelter and Make-a-Wish foundation.
